The Blog is a good way to interact with different people in the classes. It allows me to listen to each other's thought, their opinion of certain aspects of the class, and their feelings of the activities we did in the class. But the problem is I am reading other's blog, and yet, I don't know who the person is. All we know it's the general thoughts from the class. For that reason alone, I don't think I am actually meeting people on-line.
Another problem is that many people don't update the Blog on time. Sometimes, I can't find enough completed blog to leave my comments. Also, I am not saying leaving three comments is too much, but there isn't very much to say. After reading several classmates' blog, I couldn't think of anything new to write. And it's really hard not to repeat myself.
The Blog did make me think more about the activities we did in class. I think it is a way to re-enforce the purpose of the of the activities as well as some management concepts. I also like the fact that I get to know how others feel about the activities. Sometimes I can relate myself to others' opinions. Furthermore, in the Blogs, I get to say things about the class activities or to complain about the activities I didn't enjoy. It's a way to release my feelings about the activities.
I like the posting in Prof's Blog very much. The management topics are really interesting. I wish there are more though. Throughout the semester, I've been checking Prof's Blog constantly, and I was disappointed to find no updates. It would've been good if I can read more of those management topics.
YES, compare to research paper, I prefer doing blogs. Like I mentioned before, the Blog allows us to interact with each other (even though I had no idea who am I interacting) and express our opinions on things. The Blog is also another way to practice our management skills. It force to exercise time-management as well as self-management.
I highly doubt I will continue with the blog of the semester ends. One of the reasons for that is I am not a diary person. I never liked to keep diaries and I am not the kind of person who like to express my feeling in the World Wide Web. However, I will continue to check Prof's blog of updates, simply because the management topics are really interesting!! I hope Professor Kurpis will continue with his blog. I would like to read more of the management concepts.

I agree with you that the blog didn't allow us to meet other people online. Sometimes, I just replied to people's blogs without knowing who they are, with the exception of a few. I also repeated myself after a couple blogs, because most people have the same opinions.
Like you, the blogs helped me think more about the activities in class and to complain about what happened in the activities.
You are right that the prof's blog is very good!
I almost wrote the same thing about the number of reponses and how there is only so much one can comment on the same stuff. I also agreed on how the whole blog writing was interesting; and how it helps with expressing your thoughts about in-class activities and to get to know everyone's thoughts too.
The main purpose of doing blog for this class was very unique method t ocommunicate with other classmates and professors. However, for me to write blogs and posting comments to the others were time consuming and it was pretty hard keeping up with takeing other 4 classes. I would think may be we minimize the number of blogs and may be one out of given bolgs should be created to something not related class but requires fun accompany with logical thinking.
I basically agree on all of you aspects about the blog. I think that it was ten times better than a research paper and it let me see what my peers were thinking. I think it's also easier for people to communicate when they're not face to face so they can really tell it how it is.
