For my Leadership/Management Diagnostic, my result was "D" high "I." To be honest, I was surprised I got that result. I don't think I am that aggressive in dealing problems. Yes, I like to be in charge and I like challenges, but does it mean I am so aggressive that I will "overcome oppositions to accomplish results?"
I am not really sure if the assessment is right or wrong. I am different from time to time and it also depends on the situation I am in. But it does help me know more about myself. At least I know I am a Dominance type, and I don't mind being a "D" person. Also, knowing what type of person I am would help me be more aware of my own actions. Probably I can be less "dominate" when it's necessary.
Does my test help me with my personal interaction? I don't think so. I would still behave the way I am or the way I think it's appropriate. Knowing my the type of personality I process only helps me understand more about myself. As for my personal interaction, I highly doubt it will change anything. In terms of dating?? Nah... it won't change much neither. I am not going to change myself for another person.
Being an "I" type looks good too. I would wish I am "I" high "D." Being a"I" looks like they have more friends and more sociable than being a "D". I would like to have more people to be around with, sometimes. I don't think I would want to be "C" and "S" type. I don't have much patience for details and checking things over and over again. That is one of the reasons I am not in Accounting Major. Overall, I am happy with my type. No matter how dominating "D" type described to be, that's my type and that's me!

After the various class activities in class, I think that you are an "I" (influence) definitely. I see you acting very interested and talking to others. I also see that you like to express yourself to the group members what is inside your mind. I think you like to do group activities a lot and interact with different people.
I am sure if you are a "D" (dominance) since I don't really know you outside of class. Though, I don't see you wanting to take authority like be a leader of a group. So, I think you are correct that you should be "I" and high "D." There are always some truth and false on these kinds of diagnostic tests.
I interacted with you on several of our group activities in class and I do agree that your not extremely agressive at all times but sometimes you are. I do believe that this assessment doesn't really tell us in detail what type of manager we really are. I believe each person's characteristics are very complex and a test like this doesn't quite tell us everything about us.
