Build Managment with Lego

Can you believe it?? We built Lego for our management class. It was HARD!! We were required to replicate exact copy of the professor's Lego construction. Not to mention for me to replicate the construction, I got a headache just by looking at it. It was complicated. We were suppose to perform teamwork through this exercise. But to my opinion, this activity doesn't encourage us to carry out teamwork. My other teammates and I were just laying back and looking the two of a eight member team worked. I even felt that I was pointless to be there. I wouldn't say this is a fun activity for me. As a matter in fact, I don't think I will ever touch Lego again.
